Solution: Using T3main's scripting ability an interested party would call into a central number to receive more information about a listing. When the caller accesses the listing, their caller ID (and any other information the office wants to capture) is captured. This information is then forwarded to the listing agent.

Solution: Using unified messaging and follow-me, agents can have their calls forwarded to cell phones and can check voice messages via email. Using T3main's Webmail functionality an agent can log on and view their fax and voice messages even if they don't have a company email address.
